Influence Campaign Executive - Paris 🇫🇷
Job description
The Stellar Lab team is currently looking for a new Influence Campaign Executive. The position is based in our Paris office, but we offer a mix of on-site and telecommuting work.
Stellar Lab is our influencer marketing agency that maximizes the power of storytelling and effectively integrates influencer marketing into brands’ overall communications strategy.We leverage our expertise and technology to create influencer marketing, social media and PR campaigns that are authentic, engaging and generate real impact on social networks.
As an Influence Campaign Executive you will join the STELLAR LAB team to assist Account Managers in the design and execution of influencer campaigns, participate in creative brainstorming and be responsible for influencer selection, contact and reporting.
Your role:
- You will assist the Influence Account Manager in France in the creation of innovative proposals in response to advertisers’ briefs (clients, brands, …) and in the management and execution of campaigns to ensure their success and customer loyalty.
- You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a desire to run fun, large-scale campaigns for advertisers in sectors such as food, beauty, hygiene, lifestyle and entertainment, whether targeting the general public or professionals.
- You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team in a fast-growing and regulated sector. It is therefore important to keep abreast of the latest trends but also of current legislation on the subjects of influence.
Your tasks:
- Participate in brainstorming around briefs sent by customers or prospects.
- Participate in the development of influencer strategies.
- Execute influencer campaigns.
- Monitor budget management within the framework of the campaigns set up, as well as negotiate with influencers, content creators and service providers.

- Create campaign reports and analyze their performance in order to subsequently
improve them. - Know how to use the tools necessary for the proper execution and reporting of
campaigns. - Regularly monitor trends on social networks, competitive

Your profile:
- You have a university degree in communications, marketing or public relations.
- You have significant experience in Influence Marketing in an agency or with an advertiser
- Social networks hold no secrets for you
- You have good interpersonal skills with content creators and talent agents.

- You are fluent in both French and English

Account Manager - Brussels 🇧🇪
Job description
The Stellar Lab team is currently looking for a new Account Manager. The position is based in our Brussels office, but we offer a mix of on-site and teleworking.
As Account Manager you will join the Stellar Lab team to manage customer relationships, develop innovative proposals in response to brand briefings and work with campaign executives to ensure successful campaigns and customer retention.
Your role:
● Create innovative influencer marketing strategies and propositions independently for (potential) clients.
● Responsible for campaign planning and execution.
● Collaborate with clients and the entire Stellar Lab team to ensure campaign success.
● Collaborate with our campaign managers to ensure successful campaign execution.
● Ensure communication with influencers to ensure campaign results and objectives are met.
● Develop streamlined processes using creative problem-solving tactics for campaign opportunities in collaboration with the Influencer Manager.
● You are responsible for the financial management of your clients’ campaigns.
● Analyze campaigns qualitatively and act as a consultant within the agency and client teams to optimize performance.
● You defend your customers’ interests internally by providing them with strategic market information.
Your profile:
● You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
● You have a passion for influencer marketing and a solid knowledge of the influencer market in Belgium.
● You have an eye for detail and are able to spot and correct inconsistencies in your work and that of the team members you manage.
● You are detail-oriented and have experience in managing campaigns in sectors such as fashion, lifestyle, entertainment and consumer goods.
● You have the people management skills to support and manage Campaign Executives in the performance of their duties and are able to help them develop.
● You are experienced in working with influencers and customers and have a strong understanding of their needs and how to communicate with them.
● You have the necessary creative and social media skills, a sound knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and are able to formulate original proposals.
● You know how to create an influencer marketing strategy independently and are able to present and explain it to a (potential) client.
● You are communicative and know that communication is essential to the smooth running of the agency. You understand that there is no “me” in the team.
● You can manage clients independently and help (junior) Account Managers solve problems with influencers and (potential) clients.
